The episode is a discussion between Professor Jeffrey Becker and Professor Keith Smith about the constitutional origins and development of the Electoral College.
The podcast is University of the Pacific’s annual observance of Constitution Day.
You can subscribe to the Political Science Department podcast through iTunes.
