Political Science Sophomore Ty-Licia Hooker Honored

Political Science student Ty-Licia Hooker (second from the left in the photo above) was honored at University of the Pacific’s 7th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Peace and Justice Luncheon.  Hooker, who is also Black Student Union President and STORM President, was honored for her commitment to community involvement. community by mentoring and advising them. Hooker spoke of her recognition and was “humbled by being honored with anything with the name Martin Luther King.”
